Widgets and Widget Areas – ListMode PRO

To see available widgets and widget areas please navigate to WordPress Dashboard -> Appearance -> Widgets. You can drag and drop widgets into widget areas you like. Widgets page will look like this: ListMode PRO Widgets and Widget Areas

Custom Widgets

There are 3 custom widgets bundled with the ListMode PRO theme.

  1. ListMode Featured Posts Widget
  2. ListMode Tabbed Widget
  3. ListMode About and Social Widget

1. ListMode Featured Posts Widget

This widget is used to display a Recent/Category/Tag/PostIds based posts list. These posts can be displayed according to Number of Comments/Published Date/Modified Date or random order.


2. ListMode Tabbed Widget

This widget is used to display a Recent/Category/Tag/PostIds based 3 posts lists (in tabbed format). These posts can be displayed according to Number of Comments/Published Date/Modified Date or random order.


3. ListMode About and Social Widget

This widget is used to add an image and description about you with social buttons. It has 60+ social buttons.

More Specific Widget Locations

1. If you want to add a widget to a specific location, first please install and activate Widget Display Conditions or Widget Context plugin.

2. Drag and drop your widget into any of the below widget area:

  • Header Right Widgets
  • Sidebar Widgets (Everywhere)
  • Top Full Width Widgets (Everywhere)
  • Above Content Widgets (Everywhere)
  • Below Content Widgets (Everywhere)
  • Bottom Full Width Widgets (Everywhere)
  • Footer Top
  • Footer 1
  • Footer 2
  • Footer 3
  • Footer 4
  • Footer 5
  • Footer 6
  • Footer Bottom

3. If you are using “Widget Display Conditions” plugin, you will see a button called “Display conditions” at the bottom of your widget settings. Click on that button.

4. Now click on “Add group” button.

5. Set your widget display conditions and click save.
